Little Ascot Inc. bought the Little Ascot property in December 2019. Juan Lascurain and Sylvia Dohnert, husband and wife, own Little Ascot Inc.
Juan is responsible for the management of the property.
Juan and Sylvia were born and raised in Venezuela. They married in 1996 and moved to the US (Boston) to attend graduate schools, lived in the US for 10 years, moved back to Venezuela in 2005, and emigrated to Barbados in 2013 because of the worsening situation in their country.
Juan is a Civil Engineer with a Masters in Business Administration. Sylvia is a Systems Engineer, with a Masters in Public Policy and a PhD in Economic Development.
In Barbados, Sylvia works for an international organization. Juan has been mostly a house-dad, but now that the kids are older, Juan is focused on investing in real estate and on buying an existing business in Barbados.
